Fatherhood is God and is metaphorical and both motherhood and fatherhood are the best gifts God give to children as we all came to this mortal world, we have a heavenly parent who cares for all our needs in the immortal world, but God has placed us here into the care of our earthly parents. However, being a parent is a full-time job I quite remember when I was young when my dad will carry me along wherever he is going sometimes he will bath for me and feed me I grew up when my mom left me in the care of my dad when I was six month old. Good parenting is based on how sweet relationship parents have with their children and many children were born into this world that they lack parental care from both sides parents some were raised up by good parents, some were raised up by single mothers or fathers, but the question is which one can we call it a good parent? My dad told me that when my mom give birth to me they have some misunderstanding between them and he try to solve the issues but things did not work out between them and she left me in the care of my dad when I was only six months old and from the story, my dad shared with me, he said with the help of his mother which is my grandma they raise me up without taking in breast milk and as a matter of fact, because I like that contact with my mom, as I grew up I did not have any motherly love for my mom than they way I have for my dad and my grandma. I can say I have had very close contact with my dad and my grandma since my childhood parenting comes with patience, love, care, nurturing, and protection. Children need good parental care so they can grow physically, emotionally, and mentally. Since the time my mom left at six-month-old, my dad never tries in looking for another woman till I grew up to the age of 10 years before he marries my step-mom. Further, when my stepmom came in everything was going well with us from the beginning but when she got pregnant for her first child then her attitude towards me has changed into something else. She always abuses me, maltreated me, starve me, and hates me I suffer in her hand till I grew up to become a teenager. And why am I sharing this story? I share this because children can make their decisions when they grow up to love their parents will base on how good relationship their parents establish with them when they were in infancy. Peradventure, good parenting comes with a lot of responsibilities and not being rude to them and being a rude person to your child will draw them away from you and this goes with the way parents talk to them, how patents treat them will bring them closer to us they will share their problems concern with their parent there was a good relationship and they will not go wayward. When kids have unwanted behavior, we don’t hit them but we got closer to them to get to know their concern and look for a way to help them out sometimes, being a good parent also go with how well parents surprise their children with a token of things will bring a smile on their face.

In conclusion, good parenting help to raise good children for a better future and it is an obligation of things that parent invest their resources and their time to raise and care for their children for the betterment of their life.
